Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and promotional events.
2. Shipping Methods
Applerok offers various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The available options and associated costs will be presented at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and will present the most cost-effective options during the checkout process.
4. Shipping Destinations
Applerok currently ships to addresses within the continental United States and to the EU, Canada, Mexico and China. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
5. Shipping Insurance
To ensure peace of mind with your purchase, we require customers to purchase shipping insurance on all orders valued under $1000. This insurance will provide coverage for any shipping-related issues, including lost or damaged packages. In the event of a shipping issue, customers who have purchased insurance will be eligible for a refund of their shipping costs. For orders valued at $1000 or more, shipping insurance is included at no additional cost. Shipping insurance costs for orders under $1000 may vary depending your order total.
6. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. While we strive to meet these estimates, please note that they are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
7. Order Tracking

Local Delivery Options
In addition to standard shipping, Applerok offers local delivery for customers within a designated radius of our fulfillment center. This service is designed to enhance your shopping experience by providing a convenient option for those in close proximity to our warehouse.
Eligibility for Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for orders over $25 in Los Angeles and Orange County.
Delivery Times
Local deliveries are typically made within 1-3 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery, along with an estimated arrival time.
Delivery Fees
We charge a one time flat fee of $25, 40% goes to our driver and we pocket the other 60% for gas and emissions and delivery costs. We strive to keep these fees affordable while ensuring timely service.
International Customers
Applerok proudly ships to select international destinations. Please check our website for a list of countries we service. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. Applerok is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing
Missed Deliveries
In the event that you are unable to receive your package upon delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for pickup at a designated location. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
