Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

    Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. However we do offer overnight shipping which arrives in one to two business days.

  • What shipping options are available at Applerok?

    We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options for our customers to choose from. We ship by FedEx and USPS. 

  • Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

    Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package's journey. You may also login to your online account to view your order status.

  • What is the shipping cost for orders from Applerok?

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on all orders $75+. 

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our website for the list of countries we ship to.

  • What should I do if my order is damaged upon delivery?

    Please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged items so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can update it before the order is shipped.

     Additional shipping and sales tax costs may apply for any changes. Orders will not be shipped until balances are paid in full.

  • How can I pay for my Applerok order?

    You can pay for your Applerok purchases using major credit cards, PayPal, Digital wallets like Apple Pay/Google Pay or Applerok gift cards.

  • Is it safe to enter my payment information on the Applerok website?

    Yes, Applerok uses secure encryption technology to protect your payment information and ensure a safe transaction. All payments are processed by Stripe. You can see their privacy policy here.

  • Are there any additional fees for using a specific payment method?

    Applerok does not charge any additional fees for using credit cards, PayPal, or gift cards as payment methods.

  • Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order on Applerok?

    Yes, if you'd like to use multiple payment methods for one order please contact us 

  • How do I apply a discount code to my payment on Applerok?

    You can enter your discount code during the checkout process before making the payment on Applerok.

  • Are my payment details stored on the Applerok website?

    Applerok does not store your payment details on its website for security reasons.

  • What should I do if my payment is declined on Applerok?

    If your payment is declined on Applerok, retry using a different payment method or card and please double-check your payment information or contact customer support for assistance.

Exchanges

  • Are returns accepted on products purchased from Applerok?

    Yes, Applerok has a hassle-free return policy for products within a specified return period.

  • What is the return period?

    The return period for all orders is 90 days.

  • Are Applerok products covered by a warranty?

    Yes, Applerok products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • What products cannot be returned?

    Items purchased from the clearance shelf are non-returnable, and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned.

  • How long does it take to process an exchange at Applerok?

    Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange within 2-3 business days and ship out the new item promptly.

  • Can I exchange an item for a different size or color at Applerok?

    Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to check for options.

  • What is the exchange policy for defective or damaged items purchased from Applerok?

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a quick exchange or refund

  • Are Applerok products eco-friendly and sustainable?

    Applerok is committed to sustainability and offers a range of eco-friendly products made from sustainable materials. We refurbish phones which is an active way to recycle. Our products are designed with the environment in mind, prioritizing eco-friendly materials and practices throughout the production process. By choosing Applerok products, you can feel confident that you are making a conscious choice to support a more sustainable future. We also offer carbon neutral shipping.

  • Do you offer pickup?

    Pickup is only available to wholesale customers. To become a wholesale partner, you must sign up, pay for a plan, and be approved. Wholesale plan pricing starts at $699.99 a year. If you are a non-wholesale customer and have not paid for a plan, you may receive your order by shipping or pickup if you're in Los Angeles or Orange County. If you're located outside of Los Angeles County or Orange County, you may receive your order by shipping.

Trade Ins

  • Can I cancel a trade in?

    You may cancel a trade in if you have not yet sent in your item. However, please note that if your item has already been sent, we cannot cancel the trade in.

  • Can I trade in an android?

    We currently do not accept androids as trade ins at this time.

Activating a Device

  • How do I activate my device?

    To activate your device, simply scan the QR code in the user manual or visit our website for step-by-step guidance. The QR code is located in your order packaging.

  • What should I do if my device is not activating?

    If your device is not activating, try restarting it and ensuring that the battery is properly charged. Our team recommends for premium refurbished devices that you charge the device for a minimum of 45 minutes to 2 hours. For non premium refurbished items (iPhone 13 and older) please charge your phone accurately for 2-4 hours. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance.

  • Can I activate my device without an internet connection?
    • Yes, some devices can be activated without an internet connection by using alternative methods provided in the user manual.
