At Applerok, we aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a comprehensive refund policy designed to facilitate your experience with us. Please read the following details carefully to understand the options available to you for obtaining a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

1. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered will not be eligible for a refund. Customers in some cases can request a refund for an undelivered or delayed item - please see the “Additional Information” clause for more information on refunds for delayed/undelivered orders.
   
2. Time Frame: Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund.

3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund. This can include an order confirmation email or a purchase receipt.

Additional Information

If you request to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered, you may or may not be denied for a refund. Your refund also may require additional information to cancel your order and receive a refund.

  • If it has been more than 14 days and your order is undelivered or delayed, you will be issued a full refund.
     • Refunds are always issued to your original payment method or a store credit/gift card. NOTE: If it has been more then 50 days since you made your purchase - you will be issued a store credit automatically and a debit/credit refund will not be available.
  • Refunds to debit and credit cards can take 7-10 business days to reflect back to your card and refunds to PayPal may be reflected immediately.

### Refund Options

Upon approval of your refund request, you will have the following options for receiving your refund:

1. Store Credit: You may opt to receive store credit for the amount of your return. This credit can be used toward future purchases at Applerok and does not expire.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer, we can issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following timelines for processing refunds:
   - Debit/Credit Card Refunds: Refunds issued to debit or credit cards typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
   - PayPal Refunds: Refunds processed via PayPal generally take 1 business day to appear in your account.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at orders@applerokinc.com or use the Contact Us page to notify us of your intent to return an item. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item is received by us.

4. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund immediately. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund, including whether it has been approved and the method of refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Phone Cases

 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Applerok reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.
