Troubleshoot Guide

Follow our Troubleshoot Guide if your having issues activating your device.

Step 1: Check Your WiFi Connection

Ensure that you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or have a strong cellular signal. A poor internet connection can prevent the activation process from completing successfully.

Step 2: Restart Your Phone

Sometimes a simple restart can resolve activation issues. Press and hold the power button until the slider appears, then slide to power off. Wait a few seconds, then press and hold the power button again to turn your iPhone back on.

Step 3:  Verify your SIM card

Make sure that your SIM card is properly inserted in your iPhone. Remove the SIM card, clean it with a soft cloth, and reinsert it securely. Ensure that your SIM card is activated and supported by your carrier.

Step 4: Update iOS

Check if there are any pending software updates for your iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates. Updating iOS can often fix activation issues.

Step 5: Contact Your Carrier

If the issue persists, contact your carrier to ensure that there are no account-related issues preventing activation. They can also help troubleshoot any network-related problems.

Step 6: Restore Your Phone

If all else fails, you may need to restore your iPhone to its factory settings. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. After the reset, set up your iPhone as a new device and attempt activation again.

Alternative Method: Alternatively, you may activate the phone through iTunes using a computer or laptop. This method is available by PC only and cannot be performed by the phone.
